Change is inevitable. Navigating it alone doesn't have to be.
Some changes we choose. Others arrive before we feel ready.
A career transition. A shift in identity or purpose. An unexpected ending. A new beginning. Or simply the growing sense that the way you've been living or working no longer quite fits.
Change can open the door to possibility, while also bringing uncertainty, fear, and plenty of questions.
Navigating Change, Together is a guided cohort experience designed to help you better understand change, discover the resources available within and around you, and build greater confidence in your own capacity to navigate what comes next.
And importantly, you won't be doing it alone.
Coming in 2027
Be the first to receive program dates, details and registration information.
When we're in the middle of transition, it's natural to want answers.
What should I do? Where am I going? How do I get through this?
But navigating change isn't always about finding the "right" answer as quickly as possible.
Sometimes it's about understanding what's happening, creating enough space to listen to yourself, reconnecting with what matters, and discovering what can support you as you move forward.
That's what we'll explore together.
"This isn't about giving you another formula for navigating change. It's about helping you develop your own."
Throughout the experience, we'll bring together reflection, research-backed practices, practical tools and community conversation to help you explore change from multiple perspectives.
Normalize some of what you're experiencing and develop a deeper understanding of how change and transition can affect us.
Explore research-backed strategies and practices to help you move through uncertainty with more intention, awareness and ease.
Reconnect with the strengths, experiences, values and inner resources you can draw on when things feel uncertain.
Identify the people, communities and resources that can help support you through periods of change.
Explore the values, needs and experiences that make up your own definition of a meaningful life.
Explore the contribution you want to make to the people and parts of the world you touch.
Develop a menu of practices and possibilities that can help you return to presence and support your well-being when you need them.
There's something powerful about realizing: "I'm not the only one navigating this." You'll have space to learn alongside others, share experiences and build a sense of we're doing this together.
We're currently shaping the first 2027 cohort and will be sharing more details soon.
If this experience speaks to you, join the waitlist and we'll keep you updated as the program takes shape.
Waitlist members will be among the first to hear about program dates, the full experience, pricing and opportunities to participate.

There is no commitment to participate by joining the waitlist.
You're currently navigating change, or sense that change may be on the horizon.
Perhaps you're:
You don't need to arrive with clarity.
Change rarely follows a neat timeline.
That's one reason we're designing this experience to continue beyond the initial eight weeks.
As the year progresses, you'll have ongoing opportunities to return to the practices, reconnect with the community, reflect on what's changing and notice what you're learning about yourself along the way.
The invitation is to practise navigating change while you're actually living it.
This is intentionally being designed as more than a one-time workshop or short course.
We'll begin with eight weeks of weekly 90-minute facilitated sessions, creating time to learn, reflect, practise and build connection within the cohort.
From there, we'll gradually create more space between sessions:
Weekly 90-minute core sessions
Two core sessions across the month
Monthly core sessions
...with an additional optional community-support gathering
This gives us the opportunity to move from learning about change to actually practising what we're discovering as life continues to unfold.
Core sessions will be recorded so you can revisit the learning. Optional community-support gatherings will not be recorded, allowing more space for open conversation and connection.
One of our intentions for this experience is to support a shift from feeling fearful of change toward feeling more resourced, grounded and confident in your own capacity to navigate it.
That doesn't mean eliminating uncertainty.
It means developing a different relationship with it.
By the end of the experience, our hope is that you leave not only with new insights and resources, but with something deeply personal:
A framework informed by what you've learned about yourself, your strengths, values, needs, resources and ways of finding your footing.
Something you can return to through this transition and the ones that inevitably come next.
