Navigating Change, Together

A year-long cohort experience with Jen & Rachel

Starts January 28, 2027

You've tried to think your way through this. The lists, the journaling, the turning it over at 3am. A transition isn't a problem your mind solves alone.

Over a year, in a small community, you'll move from fearful of change to resourced, and leave with your own framework for this transition and the ones that come after it.

There is no commitment or payment required to join the waitlist.

What if change isn't something to solve?

Some changes we choose. Others arrive before we feel ready. In the middle of it, it's natural to want answers.

But moving through change isn't always about finding the "right" answer quickly. Sometimes it's about understanding what's happening, making space to listen to yourself, and discovering what can support you.

This isn't another formula for navigating change. It's about helping you develop your own.

What You'll Explore

Throughout the experience, we'll bring together reflection, research-backed practices, practical tools and community conversation to help you explore change from multiple perspectives.

  • Understand what's happening. Normalize what you're experiencing during change and transition.
  • Navigate with awareness. Research-backed practices to move through uncertainty with more ease.
  • Discover your internal resources. Reconnect with your strengths, values and experience.
  • Build your external support. Identify the people and communities who can hold you through change.
  • Gain clarity on what makes life meaningful. Explore the values and needs behind your own definition.
  • Reconnect with purpose and contribution. Explore what you want to offer the world you touch.
  • Create your well-being toolkit. A menu of practices to return to presence when you need them.
  • Experience change in community. Learn alongside others and realize you're not the only one.

From Fearful to Resourced

We hope you leave with more than new insights. We hope you leave with something deeply personal:

Your own framework for navigating change.

Something you can return to through this transition and the ones that come next.

This May Be for You If...

  • you're moving through a career or life transition
  • you're reconsidering what you want from your work or life
  • you're feeling stuck between what was and what comes next
  • you're experiencing a change you didn't choose
  • you want practical resources without another prescriptive formula
  • you'd like to navigate change alongside a thoughtful community

You don't need to arrive with clarity. Curiosity is enough to begin.

Join the 2027 Waitlist

This is a paid, year-long program, and we're keeping the first cohort small. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to see the full details, including pricing, before registration opens.

There is no commitment or payment required to join the waitlist.

More Than a Program. A Community Through Change.

A small group in supportive conversation

Change rarely follows a neat timeline. That's one reason we're designing this experience to continue beyond the initial eight weeks.

As the year progresses, you'll have ongoing opportunities to return to the practices, reconnect with the community, reflect on what's changing and notice what you're learning about yourself along the way.

The invitation is to practise navigating change while you're actually living it.

How the 2027 Cohort Will Work

Eight weeks of weekly 90-minute core sessions, plus a bonus 30 minutes to stay and connect. Then we gradually create more space between sessions.

  • Weeks 1 to 8: weekly 90-minute core sessions, plus a bonus 30 minutes to stay and connect
  • April: two core sessions
  • May to December: one core session a month, plus an optional community support gathering
  • January 2028: we celebrate together

This gives us the opportunity to move from learning about change to actually practising what we're discovering as life continues to unfold.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does it start, and how long does it run?

The first cohort starts January 28, 2027 and runs for a full year, with a celebration in January 2028.

How often do we meet?

Weekly for the first eight weeks, so we can build momentum and connection. Then we gradually create more space between sessions: weeks 1 to 8 are weekly 90-minute core sessions plus a bonus 30 minutes to stay and connect; April has two core sessions; May to December has one core session a month plus an optional community support gathering; and in January 2028 we celebrate together.

Are the sessions recorded?

Core sessions are recorded so you can revisit the learning. Optional community support gatherings are not recorded, which leaves more room for open conversation and connection.

What's included?

A transitions guide with practices and journaling, well-being recipe cards, the Purpose in Practice workbook, and eight weekly sessions, then a year of monthly sessions and community support.

What will it cost?

This is a paid program and an investment in a full year of facilitated sessions, community, and your own framework. We're still finalizing the details and will share pricing with the waitlist before registration opens.

What if I can't make a live session?

Core sessions are recorded. The optional community support gatherings are live only.

Do I have to be in the middle of a big change?

No. You might be in the middle of one, sensing one is coming, or simply curious. You don't need to arrive with clarity.
