A Gentle Follow-Up Gathering with Rachel Newton

The conversation started on May 7.
Your tree is still speaking.

A warm, open space to return to your Tree of Life  to notice what's still resonating, what's quietly shifting, and what wants to be spoken aloud in good company.

Two small details — and we'll save a quiet seat for you.

Your Zoom link will arrive by email. No spam, ever — just this gathering.

A space to return to what's still speaking.

This gathering is for anyone who joined the Cutlivating Confidence in Uncertain Times workshop (live or by replay) or who has participated in a Tree of Life Activity in the past 12 months with me. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to perform. We'll simply come back together to notice what stayed with us, what surprised us, and what's continuing to grow.

It's a meaningful and intentional conversation with Rachel and others who've been sitting with their own trees. Listening is enough. Sharing is welcome.

Thoughtful conversation in a safe place.

What to bring

  • Your Tree of Life if you have it nearby. If not, that's perfectly fine.
  • Any reflections or quiet insights that have surfaced since May 7.
  • Yourself, as you are today, tender, curious, all of it is welcome.

About Your Host

Rachel Newton, MTC ACC CBCC MQT

Rachel  is a Career Energy Coach and group facilitator who works with senior tech professionals navigating mid-to-late career transitions. Her own career pivot out of tech gives her a particular fluency with the cost of staying too long in the wrong work. She calls her time before finding meaningful work "Wandering the Vocational Desert." Arriving at her "Career Oasis" 15+ years ago, she now partners with clients on their journey from career misery to meaningful lives and careers.

Since founding Life Career Studio in 2011, she developed the ENTRADA Method: an integrative approach drawing on Positive Psychology, Body-Centered Coaching, NLP, Chinese Medical Qigong, and Meaning & Purpose frameworks. Her philosophy is grounded in supporting clients to leverage their own wisdom. She leans into clients as experts in their own lives; everything they bring to sessions and experience outside them can be utilized.

In group settings, Rachel brings the same courageous compassion she brings to individual work. She offers spaces where people feel safe enough to say out loud what they may not yet have admitted to themselves.

Come back to the conversation.
